The Basic Care Pact covers body damage and theft as standard on top of the compulsory liability insurance, and
is always included in the rental. The Comfort Care Pact is optional and provides additional cover for even more peace of mind.

All vehicles are always insured as standard in basic care pact, which includes basic hull protection,
civil liability and legal aid sits.

Your benefits
  • Limits your financial risk in case of damage or theft of the vehicle.
  • Basic Care Pact: included as standard with
    short-term rentals.
  • Comfort Care Pact (optional): more extensive protection and additional cover.
  • Own risk waiver: opportunity to further reduce your own liability.
Coverage per package
  • Damage protection (CDW): repair costs, depreciation and administration costs.
  • Theft cover (THW): loss of value in case of theft, damage in case of attempted theft.
  • Tyres, windows and lamps (WWI): repair/replacement in case of damage (not normal wear and tear).
  • Breakdown assistance (RSA): depannage, towing services, replacement transport.
  • Accessories (ACW): protection for built-in accessories (control charging bridge, dashcam,...).
Important tenant obligations
  • Proper use & compliance with traffic laws.
  • Always lock and secure vehicle correctly.
  • Report damage, incidents or theft to landlord & police immediately.
  • Keep keys and documents safe.
